How Support Works

We use a ticket-style process to keep requests organized and ensure every learner receives a documented response. When you email support, your message becomes a support ticket and is handled in the order received.

Common Fixes (Try These First)

I can’t move on to the next lesson
  • Scroll to the bottom and click Mark Complete.
  • Complete any required quiz or activity in the lesson.
  • Refresh the page and try again.
I can’t pass the quiz
  • Review the lesson content and try again.
  • Ensure you submit answers before time runs out (if timed).
  • If the quiz won’t submit, try a different browser (Chrome recommended).
I forgot my password
  • Go to the login page and click Lost your password?
  • Check spam/junk email folders for the reset link.
  • If you still can’t reset, email support with the account email address.
Videos won’t play
  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Switch to Chrome or Safari.
  • Disable ad-blockers for this site.
Tip: If you contact support, include a screenshot of the error message whenever possible.

Course Completion & Certificates

What happens when I complete the course?

After you successfully complete the course (including the final quiz), you will receive a Certificate of Completion with a unique certificate ID and timestamp.

Can I start and stop and return later?

Yes. You can log out and return later. Your progress is saved automatically under your account.

How do I print my certificate?

After completion, go to your account dashboard and select Certificates. Download the certificate and print it.

How long do I have to take the course?

Unless a court, school, or agency sets a deadline, learners may complete the course at their own pace. If court-ordered, follow the deadline provided by your supervising authority.

Verify a Certificate

Completion can be verified using the certificate’s unique ID.
