Chief Executive Officer
Purpose-Driven Leadership
Tiffany Pinnock serves as Chief Executive Officer for Texas Cops & Communities, Inc., a nonprofit organization that exists to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community through education and positive interaction. As one of the very few African American women serving in this capacity, Tiffany brings passion, purpose, and a deep commitment to youth and community service.
A consummate professional and lifelong educator, Tiffany has spent years helping create stronger pathways for young people and families. She has taught in both Houston Independent School District and Fort Bend ISD and is widely recognized for her heart for service, vision, and community leadership. She and her late husband, Noel Pinnock, raised two beautiful children who have become contributors in society.
Education, Advocacy & Impact
Tiffany graduated with honors from Texas Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and a minor in Psychology. She was appointed to lead Texas Cops & Communities because of her meticulous eye for detail and her innate ability to bring law enforcement and the community together in ways that help empower and change the life trajectory of youth.
Under her leadership, Texas Cops & Communities has advanced programs focused on Positive Youth Development, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Peer Pressure, Bullying, and Entrepreneurship. The organization has also trained police officers, community members, and youth through the Senate Bill 30 Community Safety Education Act.
Tiffany is no stranger to social justice. She has led local campaign efforts, stood on the right side of justice during critical moments in our country, and is recognized as one of the brainchildren behind the movement to re-envision law enforcement in America.
